Chef Jordan Wagman is a James Beard nominee who is using his professional talent to experiment with cannabis as an ingredient. He curates and creates infused food and drinks experiences for brand activations and other events.
Jordon also has a sixth book on the way, and just returned from Europe speaking at events and advising others on the nuances of cooking with cannabis.
