Season 1 Episode 34 Published 5 years, 3 months ago
Description

Shelley has the idea of making Beef Wellington for Christmas Day this year and so we set out to find one or two perfect wines to pair with it. With a little internet research and a recommendation from George at The Dinner Party we settled on 2018 Fleur de California Pinot Noir and a 2015 Chateau Haut-Surget Lalande-de-Pomerol Bordeaux. How were they? You’ll have to listen to find out. #HappyFriday #ItsWineTime
