Ep. 348: Is It Healthy to Have Fights in Your Relationship?

Published 3 years ago
Description

We’ve heard some people claim that the “real” test of a good relationship is one without any fights. Yeah, we’re gonna call BS on that one. If your relationship is fight-free, great! But when you’re building a life with someone, it’s normal to find yourself butting heads. A healthy relationship is less so defined by a lack of fighting, and more by having productive and respectful fights. When you disagree with your partner and practice vulnerability, you get the chance to come even closer together, and to strengthen the bond you share. That sounds like a gift to us.
