The 21 Republican Reformers who are blocking McCarthy want to restore regular order and rules so all members have a say and a vote and legislation is not controlled by only leadership and lobbyists. Davis loves the 21 Reformers because they’re bold, courageous and they face retribution for putting the country ahead of their own interests.
