The older we get, the more immersed in the nitty gritty of running, the more we forget the joy. We sometimes forget the connection that running gives us to community and to the ones we love. 11-year-old Sawyer Nicholson (joined by her father Levi), winner of the 5K at the 2022 Niagara Falls International Marathon and 2022 Oasis Zoo Run, shows us that joy on this week's episode of the Trillium Running Podcast.
