Description
In April of 2013, a group of mysterious individuals began shooting an electrical substation. Over 100 rounds of ammunition was dispersed into the electrical station, causing over $15 million dollars in damages, and these individuals were never caught. Since then, over 500 electrical substations have been attacked by multiple mysterious individuals.
