184 Put me in coach
Description
This message focuses on some of my personal experiences of coaching.
Over 15 years of 3 teams in different ages and 3 sports every year.
I didn't add that I was over little league baseball for 3 years and 2 years over a different youth baseball league.
I have talked about seeing the faces of the kids on the teams.
How many of the children are not as good as others but they want to be.
So many kids never get the chance to show advancement.
I played everyone equal times so that each kid would have memories that carry on a lifetime.
A lot of the kids I coached now have kids who play sports.
They would ask if I would come back into coaching for their child to learn from my style of teaching.
I just can't do that anymore but am happy to have made an impact.
