Photography and Mental Health
Description
Mental health problems may be more widespread than you realise (they certainly are more widespread than I had thought). I have a background in coaching and personality profiling, as well as several decades in a corporate environment. I firmly believe that photography can be an important tool in helping people to find meaning in their lives.
This podcast was inspired by a TED talk given by Johann Hari in 2019. It reminded me of several initiatives I ran last year (2021) and underlined one of the reasons for introducing my Patreon membership programme earlier this month. You can find out more about the membership by going to https://www.patreon.com/gephotography .
