He grew up in Iran and arrived in the USA alone at the age of 16 unable to speak English. He has faced many challenges in his life, but he has overcome them all. He has also achieved tremendous success professionally and retired from Campbell's Soup in 2016 after serving in the role of Senior Director - Global People Excellence.
