Dr. Tzelves clinically defines what an underactive bladder is, followed by sharing information on its prevalence and aetiology.  UAB is difficult to diagnose and difficult to manage. Dr Tzelves discusses how urologists can diagnostically approach patients with suspected underactive bladder and what the options are for managing this condition conservatively. 

Lastly, Dr. Tzelves talks about when surgical treatment is useful, and what options exist.
