The show starts with a preview of five of the races at Lingfield - and Dave and Richard are in agreement with a few of their selections.
In the second part of the show the panel look at Chelmsford. Lord Paramount is a short-priced favourite (2.40), but both Richard and Dave are keen to take him on.
