After being diagnosed with breast cancer at 31, Lauren Mahon was determined to use her story and voice to support others living with cancer.
Lauren founded the charity GIRLvsCANCER, and co-hosted ‘You, Me and the Big C’ with her best friends, the late Deborah James, and Rachael Bland.
In this first part, you’ll hear Lauren and Dr. Alex stomping around Walthamstow Marshes, talking about Laurens's diagnosis, how her new dog Raymond has given her a refreshed perspective on the world and how she copes with loss and grief.
