I set a theme at the beginning of each year and for 2022 it was, flourish.
In my little human mind I had it all mapped and planned out, thinking, "bam, I'm gonna flourish from the get go!"

Well, if you've listened to this episode at the beginning of the year, you'll know that I was quickly sat back down by the Universe and how quickly that plan went out the window. 

This year I have flourished but in ways I originally didn't intend. Something deeper took over and I learned a heck of a lot. Today's episode are my reflections and learnings from the year, plus four questions to ask yourself to reflect on the year that's been. I hope you enjoy.
