If you’re someone who feels especially tender during the Christmas season I’d like you to know I fully understand. My mother’s birthday is the day before Christmas. This year marks another Christmas without her and each year I’m confronted with an invitation to that deep sadness. However, today I’d like to invite you to make a decision I have. I choose to force joy into my grief.
