Back to EpisodesSlow and Steady Wins the Race: Stacking One Rental at a Time to Reach Financial Independence featuring Dustin Heiner
Description
This week we had the pleasure of interviewing successful real estate investor and podcast host Dustin Heiner. Dustin quit his J.O.B or “just over broke” as he calls it when he was 37 years old by investing full-time in real estate.
He hit an impasse in life when he was let go from his “secure”government job. He realized that he was just a number and that every employee no matter how “secure” their job seemed was replaceable. With that, Dustin never wanted to solely rely on one stream of income ever again. He quickly turned to real estate and was able to reach financial independence by building his portfolio one rental property at a time.
Dustin is now the founder of both the Master Passive Income and Successfully Unemployed podcasts. He also became an author by writing his first book titled “How to Quit Your Job with Rental Properties”. Fast forward to now, Dustin spends most of his time helping others start investing in real estate rental properties to live the life they’ve always dreamed of.
Tune in this week to hear how an every day guy was able to transform his life through the power of real estate! You’ll quickly realize that you can too.
