I talk with the cocktail man, Michael Foley once again, ultimately, about joy.  His new book Why We Kiss Under the Mistletoe” is so much more than a book about Christmas traditions.  We can learn history through Christmas traditions (rock that Christmas unit study…), and create deepen family bonds by sharing these traditions with our children.  We talk about why we, as a culture, love Christmas and ways to attain cozy in your family.  Michael shares how to approach developing Christmas traditions in your own home with joy and fun.  He reveals how we can capitalize on the “culture of merriment” and that idea alone is worth the book.
