Overcoming Anorexia, Binge Eating Disorder, Bulimia & Exercise Addiction to Find Food Freedom & Self-Love w/ Victoria Kleinsman

Published 3 years, 8 months ago
Description

Victoria truly understands what it's like to feel out of control around food and disgusted with the reflection in the mirror.

After undergoing her own healing journey, Victoria now truly embodies food freedom - she eats intuitively from a place of self-care, not punishment. She eats what she wants, when she wants without guilt or shame. And, she now has unconditional self-love that she never thought was possible for her.

During our open & honest conversation, we discuss:

  • How Victoria’s eating disorders developed at a very early age due to the environment she grew up in
  • How Weight Watchers affected her relationship with fod
  • What the anorexia gene is, and how it can get turned on and off
  • What hitting rock bottom looked like for her
  • How she went from being completely food obsessed and self-loathing , to finding genuine peace with food, body love and a deep sense of self-worth
