So, after we've made a decision we regret, after we've become knee-jerk people pleasers, after we were gaslit for years and came to doubt our instincts, after parentification, narcissistic abuse, or other CPTSD-inducing forms of abuse—how do we start to trust ourselves again? How do we make decisions in our own best interest?
