Wade because Mark thought this leak was mostly a scam. Mike shares that what worries him is that this has shifted to same-sex marriage rights despite this draft opinion being exclusively about abortion. How do the Supreme Court justices feel about Roe v. Wade? Will one of the justices cave and not vote to overturn Roe v. Wade? Roe being overturned would mean that the American people in each state would get to decide the laws regarding abortion for each respective state.
