After being diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 41, Juni made major changes to her life, career and relationships to start living in deeper alignment with herself. Now working professionally as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and certified meditation teacher, Juni has her own private practice and is also a member of the Rose City Sexual Health Collective in Portland, OR. Her work helps others learn what foods make them feel their best and ultimately how to cultivate loving relationships with their bodies so they feel good in their own skin and more alive than ever.
On today's show, we talk about Juni's breast cancer journey, why it is so common in young women these days, and the many things we can do to prevent it!
