Ricardo Rivera founded Voices of Brotherhood in May 2019. He currently leads a men's circle called "The Brotherhood", made up of more than 300 men from all over Latin America. He also developed the podcast “El Hombre de Hoy” on platforms such as Spotify and Apple Podcasts, and has been interviewed in more than 20 different podcasts, as well as in projects focused on human rights, the UN 2030 agenda, equality of gender, masculinity, machismo, among others things.
