In part 2, Dr. McKinzie Jeffrey discusses how she and her husband Dr. Alex Jeffrey got through Dental school successfully with a 10 month baby. She discusses how they were able to build up their “Smile Shack” practice to a black belt level practice with low over head at 34%, high systemization over 90%, and incredibly high profitability for their small operation. Dr. McKinzie Jeffrey stresses how important her schedule is and how she does not compromise her work life balance while still being able to run suvh a successful business.
