Description
The plaintiff says he bought a new suit and brought it to the defendant to be altered, but the man botched it after several tries. He’s suing for the cost of a new suit. The defendant says the plaintiff is wishy-washy and couldn’t decide on the fit he wanted. He even bought the plaintiff another suit, but he still wasn’t happy.
Then, the plaintiff says she makes custom drink coasters, and she made special ones with poodles on them for the defendant, who stiffed her. She’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff is her niece, and she did pay her in full.
