The Marijuana Justice Act of 2019 was just introduced in the Senate by Cory Booker & the House of Representatives by California representatives Barbara Lee and Ro Khanna. It not only de-schedules cannabis, but also auto-expunges cannabis felonies and established a community reinvestment program, and other state law justice reform efforts.
