The Marijuana Opportunity, Reinvestment and Expungement (MORE) Act got out of the House Judiciary Committee by a vote of 24-10 - 2 republicans even joined.  Tom McClintock (R-CA) is one of the supporters of the defunding of DOJ until the law changes.
