Description
Novak Djokovic went 5-0 in a dominant tournament. But did he need to? Owen and Andre discuss the ATP Finals champion's campaign in the year-end ATP tournament, and wonder how his 2023 season will go about, particularly the Australian Open. We also talk about all the players who took part in the Finals, and how much they improved this year, what we think are they drawbacks and how much more they can improve - Casper Ruud being our surprise! We end the episode with the good old Grand Slam race between Nadal and Djokovic: who's going to end up with the most? How many majors do they have in them, realistically? Is Nadal close to retiring? How long will Djokovic look like a 25-year-old instead of nearly 36?
