According to devastating revelations in The Guardian, the Tory peer Michelle Mone is alleged to have lobbied on behalf of a company she reportedly made vast sums of money from - despite previous denials. These allegations need answers, of course - not least from Michael Gove, who told Sky News that he referred the bid to the appropriate civil service channels - but this seems to be contradicted by the evidence.
