Short-tailed Shearwater
Ingredients
4 oz Red Wine
1 oz Maple Syrup
2 oz Canadian Whisky
1 dash nutmeg

Directions
1.    Combine ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat
2.    Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring periodically
3.    Remove from heat and pour in a mug
