Prof. Dr. Fatta Bahadur K.C. is a highly qualified and talented individual who attained his Ph.D. from B.H.U Varanasi, India in 1999 and a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Commerce from T.U. Nepal. He served as the Chairman of the Insurance Board of Nepal from 2008 to 2016. He has also been a member of the High-Level Financial Sector Coordination Committee, Government of Nepal, and served as a member of the Youths and Small Entrepreneurs Self Employment Fund.
