She is a visionary award-winning public health professional committed to improving health equity across the lifespan through research, communications, multi-sector partnerships and leadership. She got her Bachelors in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University. She then got her Master of Public Health at Emory University and finally her PhD in Public Health at Morgan State University.
