The greater the success story - the greater the value that directly ties back to your business. Promote and share the updated testimonials and remember to put them on your website.\n\nWhen people share something with you about the success they have gotten from implementing your product, program, or service, capture that as quickly as possible and ask them if it would be okay for you to use what they said on your website. You can capture it on audio or a text version with a photo of the person. You want to make sure to capture the outcome and results they have gotten, so that when others read it, they think they can get the same outcomes and results. Always make it as easy as possible for people to provide you with what you want, so it doesn’t become a project for them and take them too much time to get it for you.
