So, during those times when you feel your motivation levels falling, call on your cheer squad! Look at your vision board. If you don’t have one, create one and keep it updated and current. You can always “google” vision board if you don’t know what one is. Read the file you keep from happy and satisfied clients. I call this the ‘me file.’ Simply put, a “Me File” is a place where you keep who said what about you, your firm, your staff.
