[[:encoded, "Today we are continuing to talk about reasons why some people procrastinate. \nOne reason is related to Mood versus displacement. Have you ever heard someone say or felt that you weren’t in the right frame of mind to do the task required when it was scheduled? Some people might continually have the feeling that they aren’t in the right mood or frame of mind to get the tasks required done. To paraphrase Mark Allen, six-time Hawaii Ironman Champion: you need to do the work that the goal requires to achieve it.\n\nAnother reason is Lack of Self-Control. Believe it or not, impulsivity can be a major contributor to procrastination. So many people allow themselves to be easily distracted all day long with a variety of distractions. Do you? \n\nOver the past 4 days, we have talked about many different reasons why people seem to procrastinate. My word of advice, don’t let any of these false beliefs or excuses be your reason why you procrastinate. Do what you know you need to do and enjoy the success that will come to you as a result of not being a procrastinator. In other words, maybe procrastination is something that should be no longer acceptable in your life, so you can enjoy your ideal business and ideal life.\n\t\t\t\nIf you get value from these Podcasts, please take a minute to leave me a short rating and review.
