[[:encoded, "Today we are talking about another idea to help you get even more done, which is to create mini goal posts.\n\nWhen you begin a new task, set a specific goal post for what you are going to achieve before you stop work, and then focus on working until you reach that milestone.\n\nYou can even set a timer to give yourself a set amount of time to complete each task and then move on. Set your timer and put your so-called blinders on and focus for that specific amount of time on that one high payoff activity. Time blocking your calendar is one very important aspect, and then you must adhere to what is actually on your calendar, now that you have it there.
