If you set goals that aren’t SMART, there’s no way to achieve them and elevate your brand and your performance in this regard.\n\nSMART goals are very Specific and have a clear path towards achieving them. They should be measurable, meaning that they should be meaningful while motivating you to achieve them.\n\nYour goals should be Achievable, which means that they should be attainable. They should also be Relevant. This means that your goals should be reasonable, realistic (with a bit of a stretch as I like to add), and results based. SMART goals are also Time-bound. You need to set your goals to be achieved in a specific time frame (month, day, and year).
