Being Thankful and Grateful

[[:encoded, "How would you answer these questions? Are you a grateful person? \n\nAre you thankful for the good things, big and small, in your life?\n\nAs quickly as time moves, technology advances, all the work deadlines and a long to-do list, and personal chores we have to do, it is sometimes too easy to forget all the things we are grateful for and all the gifts we receive every day. I’m talking about simple things like, the air we breathe, the health we have, and our friendships. There is always something to be thankful for, in my opinion. I’m just as guilty as most of us and sometimes forget to focus on all the things that I’m grateful for, but I do try to be even more grateful each week and as time goes on.\n\nJim Rohn has a great quote. He said: “Learn to be thankful for what you already have, while you pursue all that you want.” \n\nWhat are all the things you are grateful for?\n\nAt the end of the day, right before you go to sleep, think about all those things you are grateful for, and see how well you sleep. \n\nTo download my complimentary Gratitude Journal exercise, go to https://www.accountabilitycoach.com/gratitude/. \n\nSubscribe to my high-value business success tips and resources Blog https://www.accountabilitycoach.com/blog/) \n\nGo to https://www.accountabilitycoach.com to check out for yourself how I, as your Accountability Coach™, can help you get and stay focused on you highest payoff activities that put you in the highest probability position to achieve your professional and personal goals, so you can enjoy the kind of business and life you truly want and deserve. \n\nFor more help with growing your business and accelerating your results, reach out to me today and schedule your complimentary consultation.\n\nTake advantage of all the complimentary business tips and tools by joining the Free Silver Membership on https://www.accountabilitycoach.com/coaching-store/inner-circle-store/. \n\nIf you are getting value from any of Podcasts, please take a minute to leave me a short rating and review.
