In this episode, the muse in me decided to share a piece of writing from my 2019 journal

I realized the other day, November 12th to be exact, it had been 3 years exactly that I had moved out of my water damaged mold home : a home that was a toxic environment I needed to be free of in order to not only HEAL but to LIVE more fully -true to the joy of being me. I’ll share more about what’s been coming up for me on the heels of my 3 years of recovering from mold in another episode soon
