[[:encoded, "Today we are talking about habit #4 to help you build an even better business, which is to Clear Your Inbox.\n\nFace it, clutter distracts. Decluttering has been known to provide better focus and improved productivity. \n\nClutter is now more than just physical clutter in your office. Virtual clutter provides just as many distractions as physical clutter does. \n\nYou’ll have emails, invoices, updates, memos, and many other communications in your inbox that can cause clutter in your business. When you leave your inbox full, cluttered, and unattended, you will likely miss important correspondence that will cost you something. Your email inbox is not your to-do list.\n\nOrganize, sort, and respond to messages as soon as they come in. This will keep you updated and focused on more important tasks. To make it easier, make a habit of scheduling time blocks around 11:00am and at the end of each day to respond to your email messages, so you aren’t constantly looking at your inbox and letting it distract you. I recommend that you don’t check your emails first thing in the morning as it can get you off schedule right away, and I’m sure you know what I mean. You can also have your assistant, if you have one, read through your emails and delete or handle those they can handle.\n\nTune in tomorrow for habit #5 to help you build a better business.\n\nSubscribe to my high-value business success tips and resources Blog https://www.accountabilitycoach.com/blog/) \n\nGo to https://www.accountabilitycoach.com to check out for yourself how I, as your Accountability Coach™, can help you get and stay focused on you highest payoff activities that put you in the highest probability position to achieve your professional and personal goals, so you can enjoy the kind of business and life you truly want and deserve. \n\nFor more help with growing your business and accelerating your results, reach out to me today and schedule your complimentary consultation.\n\nTake advantage of all the complimentary business tips and tools by joining the Free Silver Membership on https://www.accountabilitycoach.com/coaching-store/inner-circle-store/. \n\nIf you are getting value from any of Podcasts, please take a minute to leave me a short rating and review.
