This area is much like a skylight in your home that over time has debris on it impeding the light to enter your home. In this analogy your home is where light enters your energies that shines on your pineal gland. If you feel off it could mean there is less light coming into this area. 

This meditation was specifically created for those that want to keep their Crown clear and open to messages from spirit through the light it brings in. It is an effective meditation as it only takes about 12 minutes of your time, which is ideal for busy people.
