Jacky St James is a female erotic director and script writer. She has a BA in film and got into porn by winning a screenwriting contest for New Sensations, which she directed and ended up winning an AVN award for. She has since then won numerous awards for her movies, which are generally dialogue-driven with strong female protagonists and are often considered “romance” porn movies. In 2016 she co-created a Showtime erotic series called Submission which did so well she has been tapped to do the sequel. In a world where female erotic directors are few and far between, Jacky stands out in the top of her class. In this episode she reveals to Holly how she got to where she is, and why she continues to produce what some consider to be the best feminist porn on the adult market.
