Lucy is the Founder of Farley Cove, a London-based Real Estate consultancy offering bespoke financial modelling expertise, debt advisory and transaction assistance.
Having started her property career in 2012 working at Mountgrange Investment Management (later to become Clearbell Capital) Lucy specialises in financial modelling, acquisitions, and debt financing, including creating and maintaining excellent banking relationships.
Since launching Farley Cove, Lucy has helped start-ups, established investors, and M&A specialists create robust financial forecasts and provided invaluable support throughout the investment cycle.
