Tim Baird, former Superintendent of the Encinitas Union Elementary School District and Board Member of the Classroom of the Future Foundation (CFF), talks about the recent CFF-produced "Supe Tank" presentations of nine local superintendents at Qualcomm Industries. Each "Supe Tank" presentation featured a pitch from the presenting superintendent to support a key initiative in his or her district.
