Send Danise a Text Message.

When you are just opening up a salon…there are so many things to consider and make decisions about, like branding, décor, service menu, website, POS system, retail, compensation…so. Many. Things…But did you stop to consider that your business values are just as important as all those other things?

In today’s podcast, we’re going to break down what values are and why they’re so important to your salon’s culture.

For your core values to really matter, it goes far beyond a simple list of guiding principles. Ideally, they need to authentically define how you and your team members (1) operate, (2) behave, and (3) interact on a day-to-day basis. They should be supported by accountability mechanisms so they can be easily integrated into performance management systems or your monthly one-on-ones.
