There are three primarily stakeholders. First is the Traditional Stakeholders, Legal Stakeholders and the Contract owners. Every contract has their different DPA’s and there’s a challenge in managing it and to make it lighter they are somewhat forcing suppliers to use Standard DPA’s. And many companies don’t have fully established process in Standardizing DPA’s. AI or the artificial intelligence was a great help in scanning contracts for it will take a lot of time if they do it manually
