Today I’ve got David Meltzer on! This is probably the earliest we’ve been in the office to film - it’s 7 AM! Dave Meltzer describes himself as a regular entrepreneur coach and author, but he is unique in that his life’s mission is to empower other people. He assists the future world thinkers by pouring into them so that they can empower others. Dave Meltzer grew up with nothing but made his first million one month after law school. He worked for a tech company that put books online. Many people thought the Internet was a fad, but in 1995, the company he worked for sold for over $3 billion (that’s almost a trillion dollars today)! After that venture, Dave went to Silicon Valley to get into transcoding. He had a vision that the internet was going to be available on cell phones one day, so he went on to be a CEO of Samsung’s phone department. We discuss in depth about how being ahead of the curve is so valuable! We also talk about the future of tech and real estate. Listen in to hear all about it!
