Episode Details

Here is the latest episode in my well being journey, as it is COP27 I wanted to talk about the amount of waste and energy usage on my Narrowboat. While emptying the recycling I found a book in it and I wanted to explain how much energy and materials actually go into the book manufacturing process so people have a better understanding and can question whether we should recycle books or whether we should take them to a centre where someone else can make use of them,
