In this episode of the Any Given Runday Podcast, Seán and Eric discuss how they recovered from the Dublin Marathon in the past week. They talk about the different approaches to marathon recovery, why the marathon takes such a toll and the different physical tools people use, such as swimming pools, saunas and compression boots. 

They then talk about how people mentally deal with a marathon's aftermath in different ways. From such a high in doing the Dublin marathon, some people may feel like not doing anything at all. Especially in the winter, when it's hard to train but even harder to train with people.
