The Hammer MMA Radio - Episode 623
Description
This weekend's UFC 281 features a UFC Middleweight Championship grudge match between Israel Adesanya and Alex Pereira, Carla Esparza defending her UFC Strawweight Championship fight against Zhang Weili, and Michael Chandler vs. Dustin Poirier somewhat of a dream action fight. We preview the card in the first half of this week's show.
Then in the second half of the show we run down the week in MMA news including recent UFC releases, the crazy Fight Circus, and the results of UFC Fight Night: Rodriguez vs. Lemos.
Finally, in our Hammer History segment we look back 500 episodes to mid-December 2012, and the official announcement of women fights in the UFC, and the retirement of Mark Hominick.
