I asked Todd Manns of The Blue Cell to speak to a master's class I am teaching, and as the class was in discussion, Todd dropped some wisdom on the students that I even had to write down. It was from leadership to Followership; we need to understand the Task, Purpose and end state of the mission we are on. That got me thinking.
