Description
I have an assignment for you today, I'd like you to sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and your back all the way at the back of the chair. And then I'd like you to take five really big, deep breaths. And then I want you to close your eyes and think about you. Yes, just think about you. It's just one to five minutes. This exercise will help you become aware of the words that you say to yourself. And those words will inform you about the things that you need to work on. Now that we are, we do have a tendency to be pretty negative, and I can understand that. But I'm also thinking about if you are paying attention to the words that you're thinking, then you can pay attention to the words that you're saying, here's why those thoughts influence the way that you talk. Now, we often say things that we don't mean because we're not aware of the unconscious words that we're thinking about. So if you have a lot of unconscious things going on inside of you that you don't like you'd have some work to do. I love you. I'm Dan Clark.
